Preventing and Addressing Harassment
EU law provides protection for employees and duties for employers in order to address harassment and bullying in the workplace. Weave Consulting is therefore offering this 5 day course which provides the tools required to understand, implement and execute successful programs to reduce incidents of harassment in all its forms and create a friendlier, more productive working environment, whilst complying with EU Directives.
Course Objectives
- To brief participants about the definition and scope of harassment and sexual harassment
- To gain an understanding on why it is in the participants’ duty and interest to address this issue
- To familiarize participants with relevant policy documents and procedures
- To enable participants to master concrete measures that can be implemented in order to prevent harassment and sexual harassment and to mitigate its consequences
